They are severely understaffed the last few months and it’s awful. Was fine before they were understaffed but now it’s ridiculous! We were there for 3 hours from start to finish for a cleaning and 2 hours for a simple filling. Pure insanity. I would rather just have my appointment cancelled than wait these long wait times with young children. I will not be coming back here again unfortunately which is a shame because the staff is nice and the office is adorable

Check your charges!!! They now have a behavior bill!!! If your kid has any type of anxiety, and is a little fussy, they will name your child as uncooperative and will bill you $70-100 just because they don’t want to deal with your child’s anxiety. I could only imagine the charge had my child been disabled or have any type of neurodivergents. Discrimination much? Stay far away!!!

i recently brought my kids here. afterwards they expressed how horrible their experiences was. the dental hygienist and the dentist were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. my children expressed their feelings of uncleaned teeth and were uninformed whag were happening. they had NO mannerism while talking to the kids. my oldest EVEN complained that they did NOT get her nane right and complained how they commented extremely rude snide comments about her. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

The best experience I've had with my kids. Dr. Pettigrew was thorough in answering all my questions throughout my daughter’s treatment. She took the time to show my daughter the tools and steps she would be using, which really helped her feel at ease. After we got home, Dr. Pettigrew even called to check on how my daughter was doing, which truly showed her care and dedication.

Holdbrook Pediatric Dental is more than just a Dentist office its family. Dr. Wendell and his staff are truly amazing. They know how to make kids feel comfortable, safe, and even excited to go to the dentist which is no easy task! I was once a Holdbrook patient myself back when they saw adults, and since then, my ex’s son, my foster child, and now my stepdaughter Harmonie (seen today) have all been Holdbrook kids. That loyalty says a lot. Especially since there’s other practices closer to us within network. The office is always clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly. Could use some updating since Covid I know a lot has changed. The staff is gentle, professional, and incredibly patient, even with the most nervous little ones. They take the time to explain everything, ease any fears, and make every visit a positive one. We saw Dr. Amy today and she was more than amazing! The Lego theming is the icing on the cake too 😅 Harmonie loves it! I’m so grateful to have a dental office I can trust completely. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who treats your kids like their own, this is the place. I’ll always be a Holdbrook mom ❤️
